Thank you so much for your help! We felt lost – we knew we needed to do something but didn’t have the confidence to initiate something ourselves. Sleeperific was knowledgable, supportive and encouraging. She worked within our values and comfort level to develop a program that fit our family. We were shocked at how quickly we started to see improvements. It’s not perfect but we know how to keep at it to work toward our sleep goals and it is SO much better. Thank you!
